Membership and Eligibility
- Membership in the Service is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
- By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Billing
- Memberships operate on a subscription basis, billed monthly at $29.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription fees are automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. Prices may be updated upon notice.
- By providing payment information, you authorize Apex Board & Ride Co. to charge the designated payment method for each subscription cycle.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
- Orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 7–10 business days after purchase.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
- Apex Board & Ride Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations must be submitted at least five business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- No partial refunds are issued for the current subscription period.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Apex Board & Ride Co. website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apex Board & Ride Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
- Use of the website is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited.

- Your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Board & Ride Co., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership or use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Arbitration is final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Apex Board & Ride Co. operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time.
- Any revisions will be posted on the website with a new effective date.
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Board & Ride Co. regarding your use of the Service.
- If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Membership rights are non-transferable without express written consent from Apex Board & Ride Co.
